Well that’s another week over. It seems to have been a long one too. I put that down to the expectation of a ‘Spike Free’ 6 days next week. It is really sad, that everyone can so look forward to his leave, more than their own !! A measure of his popularity.

No walk today (again). The weather was a bit hit and miss at lunchtime, and I did not feel like it when I got home. I’m not really  trying am I ? I did try and walk at lunchtime though. I got as far as the roundabout just outside, before it started. I’m posting a picture of the place we ‘work’ in. Doesn’t it look grand ?

Youngest has just had an ‘episode’. No apparent reason or trigger. It seems to make him worse, if we try and tell him to stop. Maybe’ ‘stop’ is a trigger !!! It lasted about 5 minutes, although it seemed a lot longer.

The ‘move out day’ draws ever closer. Managed to get a couple of packing boxes, and he started to pack a few things. It’s going to take a lot more effort though. He is handing his notice in tomorrow. They have not been very helpful. He/we thought that they might have been able to find him a job in Leeds. But, they don’t seem to be bothered. Mind you, he’s not exactly actively looking for anything at the moment. I feel he may be starting to realise what is going to happen when he moves out. K*** has sorted out the contents insurance, and I think he is beginning to appreciate how difficult it is going to be. But they say ‘that is part of the experience’. I’m glad I did not go through it.
