I did a walk tonight as promised. It must have been 5-6 miles as it took  1 1/2 hours all told. I set a reasonable pace, and I think I kept it up. I did the same walk as last week, but the opposite way round. Plus I added, what must have been at least a mile further into Boston Spa . Taking the route I did, meant that I did not have to walk uphill on Windmill Road. I have to say though, by the time I was walking by Boston Spa school, I was starting to flag a little.

I don’t think I’ll get a walk of a ride tomorrow. I have an idea, that S**** wants me to take him into Leeds. He is going to see ‘Blood Brothers’ with his ex and her family !!! Very confusing. I may have to rush home for about 5pm. I need to go to Asda though. They were selling Jim Beam, at £10.00 a bottle !!!!! I’m sorely tempted to get 2 bottles at that price.

I got the date for my PDR (Personal Development Review – Appraisal). It is after my holiday, which was a surprise. I had a quick look at the documentation, and it looks like this might be a proper appraisal, and not just the usual  ‘chat’ we have been though for the past 8 years. Unfortunately, I’m up first, which means that he’ll be ‘very fresh’.
